Our Process
Listening to our clients is the first step in the construction process. We believe in taking a team approach with our customers, listening to their dreams and desires and pairing that with our own ideas and experience. After our initial meetings, we will provide you with a ballpark estimate so that we can review all the options and work towards a detailed plan.
Once the plan is in place, PMP Renovation will manage the entire project, from obtaining the proper licenses to hiring the subcontractors. He will provide you with a detailed estimate and timeline and provide you with ongoing progress reports throughout the construction.
PMP's team of subcontractors were selected to be partners because of their extensive experience in the building process. PMP’s "team" are people who are known and trusted and have ten or more years of experience, and are known to be honest and reliable professionals.
Job Organization and Communication
Often overlooked by contractors, good organization and communication is the glue that keeps projects on time, on budget, and moving in the right direction.
PMP Renovation holds a pre-construction meeting with clients and, if needed, others involved in the project; that way, information is not misinterpreted. On many residential remodels and additions, daily check-in with the homeowner is easy and keeps both the client and contractors updated.
PMP Renovation strives to see things from the perspective of the client to help you to understand the ongoing construction process. Often, what may seem perfectly normal to the builder or architect may leave the homeowners frustrated and bewildered. Good communication, education in the process, and management of expectations eliminate these issues.

PMP Renovation - Patrick Peddy, Owner
Patrick Peddy, owner of PMP Renovation, is a graduate of the University of Denver. Originally from Baltimore, MD., Patrick decided to stay in Colorado to pursue his hobbies in rock climbing, mountain biking and backpacking.
Starting in 1991, Patrick began remodeling homes in Denver and throughout Jefferson County. After many years of gaining experience, Patrick began building new homes and additions. He also spent several years in commercial construction building schools and office parks in the Denver metro area.
Due to his residential and commercial experience, Patrick is able to hold a Denver Class B Construction License which entitles him to construct, remodel, repair and demolish structures up to three stories in height.
Patrick has renovated, remodeled and built a variety of home styles from small city homes to contemporary mountain styles. His broad base of knowledge and experience along with excellent communication skills separates him from the typical home contractor.
Patrick lives in Evergreen, Colorado with his wife and two daughters.
